CK Facilities Management x Candr
Candr's relationship with this group started on the social care side of the business, before we were introduced to Luke - who needed a Bid Manager to spearhead the bids function at their newly acquired business, CK Facilities Management. CK was the beginning of the groups FM journey in the UK, and it was a genuinely exciting time to be involved. This was early 2025.
The brief was specific: someone who could bring a strong grasp of the end-to-end bid process, write compellingly, and combine both with real cleaning industry experience. Those three things were non-negotiable, which meant this wasn't a role we could fill through applications alone — we had to go out and find the right person.
We ran a thorough search, had some great conversations along the way, and ultimately placed Tanisha - who is still with the business and going from strength to strength.
Fast forward six months, and Luke was ready to grow again. CK is firmly in growth mode, with real ambition to make their mark on the UK market and expand. So out we went again, same remit: a Bid Manager who can write, own the process end-to-end, and bring that cleaning sector knowledge.
Second time around, we found Alex — who joined in early 2026 and has hit the ground running. The team are delighted, and we're looking forward to continuing our work with CK and the wider group.
