Candr's relationship with this group started on the social care side of the business, before we were introduced to Luke - who needed a Bid Manager to spearhead the bids function at their newly acquired business, CK Facilities Management. CK was the beginning of the groups FM journey in the UK, and it was a genuinely exciting time to be involved. This was early 2025.

Candr partnered with Axis CLC on some bids roles towards the end of 2025. Stuart had actually known Chris from his ISG days, having placed a few candidates into his team - so when Chris landed as Group Head of Bids at Axis CLC, it was a natural reconnection.
